For The Next 30 Days…Use These 5 Ways To Get Your Shit Together

The next 30 days are crucial.

Please ignore that it might not be the beginning of the year or the week or so before the upcoming year. These time frames can be so overrated and stressful.

Let today be the day instead.

There can definitely be several “next 30 days” that can happen throughout the year.
At any moment and any time.

Answer me this…Why, these days, does it feel like we are not going to make it day to day? Even with the rising of food, rent, and car prices, there has to be space in our lives to still feel alive.

Now, are we expected to ignore the feeling of overwhelm that comes and goes due to living through such a time as this? Not at all.

Our goal should be to see each moment as one where we can create better even from our lowest point.

We have so much in us to become and create.

There is an audience out there who needs your voice, your experiences, your examples of success, and the care you show for others and their circumstances.

Making positive changes or pushing your dream to the next level sometimes happens in increments.

Don’t feel as if your goal is not being attained because it is not in the motion of full speed.

Consider it quality and not necessary quantity.

Take your time to think your goal or dream through then move accordingly. The only thing I suggest to women and I remind myself, do it in minutes.

So that you won’t allow time to be wasted, choose to complete small parts of your ultimate goal.

I have to go ahead and complete something each day. Even if it is to jot down an idea connected to my goal.

So many times we have so many ideas but we don’t write them down.

Then, if you are anything like me, you will forget that perfect idea, that fitting routine, or the person you are supposed to reach out to.

No more of that.

Let’s begin.

For the next 30 days:

1). Speak nothing but positive words when it pertains to you, your family and your life. I have learned to do this as a ritual when things are going well.

I have also experienced that we feel lost and stressed when the hardest situations come.

However, we can face them when we see them from a positive perspective. Let’s start doing this for the next 30 days.

Find everything good in it. It is not easy in the beginning but when we make this a habit, it becomes a part of our life.

2. Create a space that makes YOU happy. That space can be one area of your choice or all areas where you spend time or see regularly.

Even if unconventional to this world’s sometimes judgemental social values. You choose.

3. Involve yourself in at least one thing that you love. Don’t worry, some of us have to think about what we love.

Our lives can be so full of responsibility that what we love is pushed out and many times forgotten about.

It takes for us to be intentional and identify those things. However, in this case, think long and hard. You will come up with the perfect idea, for you.

4. Choose that one goal you deem impossible and work towards it. There is nothing you can’t do. You may need to learn and hone in on a skill that will help you along that path.

Or something tangible you want to attain but seem to think everyone is capable, but not you. It’s worth the try. Begin that journey that takes action. Do it and do it today.

5. Celebrate each and every win. For everything you accomplish, a celebration should follow. No matter how small.

You should be intentional about your journey and enjoy each step. Never forget you.

Conclusion

These next 30 days will be the beginning of what you always wanted. Remember that when those not-so-fun times during this process.

Check out my Podcast that will go further in-depth on this subject where you will definitely be able to relate.

That is why it is imperative that you know that these 30 days do not just have to start at the beginning of the year.

Change can and should happen at any time. The time is up to you.

Let’s make a decision to create that habit and pick the goal that is the most uncomfortable or the one that you deem impossible…and choose that one.

This is your moment!

Don’t miss it.
